Clinical Formulation
Network

Tendril's practitioner network provides licensed clinicians with direct access to custom botanical compounding, herbalist consultation, and clinical formulation support — structured around the specific needs of your practice.

Formulation Pathways

The network offers three primary pathways, designed to accommodate different levels of practitioner involvement and case complexity. Select a pathway below to see what is involved, what you provide, and what you receive.

Tracking Outcomes Across the Network

Every formula compounded through the network becomes part of a shared record. Approximately four to six weeks after a formula is dispensed, practitioners receive a brief follow-up prompt in their portal — a structured opportunity to note how the client responded, upload any relevant lab results, and add clinical observations.

Over time, this record tells us what works in practice — not in theory, but with real clients, across a range of practitioners and presenting conditions. Tendril shares that learning back with the network. The goal is not to validate any particular tradition, but to build a clearer picture of what is actually happening clinically, and to improve formulation quality as a result.
